If a practitioner sends you an appointment request, you will need to confirm the appointment to lock it in. You can confirm your appointment in two ways:
Through your online portal on desktop
Through the mobile app
CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT THROUGH ONLINE PORTAL - DESKTOP
Log in to your online portal - https://www.healthbank.io/users/sign_in
Click the APPOINTMENTS tab in the navigation bar on the left.
Click on the appointment that says APPOINTMENT REQUESTED.
Click CONFIRM.
Your appointment is now confirmed.
CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT THROUGH MOBILE APP
Log in to your mobile app.
Click the NAVIGATION button in the top right corner.
Click on the MY APPOINTMENTS tab.
Click on the appointment that has the yellow REQUESTED tag.
Click NEXT button.
Scroll to the bottom and click BOOK APPOINTMENT.
You appointment is confirmed.
