Login: Access the HealthBank patient portal and log in with your credentials.

Navigate to My Files: Once logged in, navigate to the 'My Files' section of your account dashboard.

Upload File: Click on + Add File button:

Select the file you want to upload from your computer:

NOTE: File Privacy: By default, your files might be set to private. To share a file, you might need to select the practitioner and accept the Ts & Cs.

Select File to Share: identify the file you want to share, and select the 'Share' icon

NOTE: You can also share by clicking on the file's options (represented by three dots and then select "share":

Choose Recipient: In the sharing options, select the practitioner you want to share the file with:

Confirm Sharing: Before sharing, you may be prompted to accept terms and conditions or confirm the action. Read the terms carefully, then click 'Accept' if you agree:

Send the File: Click 'Confirm' to share the file with the selected practitioner:
