How do I accept a request to connect from my practitioner?

If a practitioner sends you a request to connect, you will receive an email titled "Invitation from <Practitioner Name> to connect on HealthBank". If you cannot find it in your inbox, try checking your Spam folder as it may have found its way there.

  1. Click on "Connect with <Practitioner Name>"

  2. You will be directed to a page to create a password.

  3. Click Login.

  4. You are now connected with your practitioner and can book appointments with them.
