How do I add my credit card details for payment?

Adding your credit card details to pay for your appointments and product orders.

Below are the steps to take to securely add your credit card details through the web portal or the mobile app:

WEB PORTAL

  1. Login to your HealthBank account at: https://www.healthbank.io/users/sign_in

  2. Click SETTINGS

  3. Click BILLING
    ​

  4. Add preferred payment method:

    1. Add the name on your credit card

    2. Add card number

    3. Add expiry date

    4. Add CVC

  5. Click SAVE

MOBILE APP

  1. Log in to the mobile app

  2. Click on your profile picture in the top LEFT corner of the app

  3. Under PAYMENT & CLAIMS, click on PAYMENTS
    ​

  4. Click ADD PAYMENT METHOD and add your preferred card details

  5. Click SET UP
