What do I do if I didn't receive an email to connect from my practitioner?

Firstly, check your Spam folder or similar as sometimes the initial email may end up here.

If you still can't find the email, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://www.healthbank.io/users/sign_in

  2. Click on "Didn't receive confirmation instructions?"

3. Re-enter your email address to resend confirmation instructions.

4. Look for the email in all your inboxes.
