When will I be billed for my consultation?

As a patient, when will I be billed for my consultation with a HealthBank practitioner?

 

Advance bookings

If you schedule a consultation more than 24 hours in advance, your credit card details are stored securely on file. Your card will then be charged 24 hours before your consultation is due to begin.

Last-minute bookings

If you schedule a consultation within the next 24 hours, your credit card is charged immediately at the time of booking.

When is my practitioner paid?

Your practitioner is paid only after your consultation has been completed.
