# What's coming next on HealthBank?
## A quick look at the features we're building now, so you know what to expect.
The features below are in development. We'll add them in stages, and update this page and let you know in the app as each one goes live. Timing and details may change as we test with practitioners.
### Treatment protocols and programs
You’ll be able to build digital treatment programs for your clients in HealthBank. You’ll set out the steps, recommendations and check-ins in one place, then assign the program to a client. Clients will follow their program in the HealthBank app, and you’ll see how they’re going between appointments.
### AI scribe
The AI scribe will write up your consultation notes for you. Before an appointment, it will put together a short brief from your client’s forms, results and history. Afterwards, it will draft a summary in your preferred format, such as SOAP. You review, edit and sign off every note before it’s saved or shared, and clients must give consent before the scribe is used.
### Transcripts
With your client’s consent, you’ll be able to record a consultation and get a written transcript. The AI scribe uses the transcript to draft your notes, and you can go back to it if you need to check what was discussed.
### Clinical insights (AI assistant)
We’re building an AI assistant into HealthBank that looks at your client’s pathology results, symptoms and wearable data together. It will point out patterns worth looking into and suggest next steps, such as tests, referrals or topics to discuss. You’ll also be able to ask it questions about a client’s record. It’s there to support your clinical judgement, not replace it. You stay in control of every decision.
### Shopfront
Your clients will be able to buy recommended products and tests from a HealthBank shopfront. You’ll be able to recommend items straight from a client’s program, so it’s easy for them to get what they need.
