What is your payment policy?

Patients have the option of enter their payment details at the time of booking and are charged 24 hours before their consultation is due to start. This is governed by our cancellation policy, which protects both practitioners and patients — you can view it here.

Receiving your funds
When you sign up, you're asked to provide your bank details. This allows us to transfer funds to your account based on your appointments, testing, and products sold.

Processing fees
Under our Terms and Conditions, a credit card processing fee applies to every appointment, which the patient bears. If you refund a patient for a paid consultation, the credit card processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your payout.

Updating your bank details
It's your responsibility to keep your bank account details up to date. You can update these under Settings → Bank Account in your dashboard sidebar.
