What is the Cancellation Policy?

We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that our practitioners’ time is also important.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time can be changed at no cost.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee for that booking. Please note that any credit card processing fees charged by our payment provider are not refundable.

For non-financial or bundled consultations, any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the consultation being forfeited.

If a booking is made and the patient does not attend and has not contacted us to cancel, the consultation fee will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.

If your practitioner is unable to attend your consultation, you will receive a full refund and will be offered the option to reschedule to another time.
