What if a practitioner needs to cancel their appointment only hours before it starts?

If the practitioner cancels their patient’s appointment less than 24 hours, the patient will be reimbursed in full for the cost of the appointment. The practitioner will be charged a credit card processing fee, which is $0.30 plus 1.75% of the consultation price. For example, if the practitioner charges $100 for their appointment, they will be charged $2.09.
