[Forms](https://help.healthbank.io/forms?hsLang=en) October 16, 2026 # What if my client hasn't completed my form before their appointment? ## Open the form from your client's file and fill in the answers together during the appointment. If your client hasn't completed your form, you can fill it in with them during the appointment. 1. Go to **Clients**, select the client you wish to access. 2. Click **Forms** on the client's profile. 3. Click on the form 5. You can answer the questions in the form on your client's behalf.
