# How to auto-confirm your appointments
## This is an overview of how you can auto-confirm your client appointments
When booking an appointment with your clients, you have two options:
1. "Book Now"
2. "Propose"
The difference between the appointments are as follows:
- **Book Now** - This is an immediate booking and auto-confirms the appointment. Your client does not need to confirm the appointment.
- **Propose** - This option sends your client a booking request in which they will need to confirm the appointment through the web or mobile app.
You can choose either of these options when you are creating a new appointment for your client. Follow these steps for choosing an auto-confirm appointment:
1. Click in your calendar and the "Add New Appointment" modal will show.
2. Select your **CLIENT**
3. Choose the **APPOINTMENT TYPE**
4. Choose the **ATTENDANCE MODE**
5. Choose **DATE** and **TIME**
6. Choose **REPEAT** option (if required)
7. Add a **FORM** (if required)
8. Click **BOOK NOW** button
