How to auto-confirm your appointments

This is an overview of how you can auto-confirm your client appointments

When booking an appointment with your clients, you have two options:

  1. "Book Now"
  2. "Propose"

The difference between the appointments are as follows:

  • Book Now - This is an immediate booking and auto-confirms the appointment. Your client does not need to confirm the appointment.
  • Propose - This option sends your client a booking request in which they will need to confirm the appointment through the web or mobile app.

You can choose either of these options when you are creating a new appointment for your client. Follow these steps for choosing an auto-confirm appointment:

  1. Click in your calendar and the "Add New Appointment" modal will show.
  2. Select your CLIENT
  3. Choose the APPOINTMENT TYPE
  4. Choose the ATTENDANCE MODE
  5. Choose DATE and TIME
  6. Choose REPEAT option (if required)
  7. Add a FORM (if required)
  8.  Click BOOK NOW button
