How do I unlock my client's Health Record?

These are the steps to take to unlock your client's Health Record

  1. Login to your HealthBank account
  2. Click on Clients tab
  3. Search for the client of your choice and click on them to access their profile
  4. On the client dashboard, click the "+" symbol where it says "Upload a test to activate your client's health record"

  5. You will then be presented with the option to upload a file - select a file or drag and drop a file you wish to upload.

  7. OCR technology is used to read and digitise the test results, which may take a few minutes. Please allow a short time for processing before the client's Health Record is unlocked.
