How do I upload and share my health files with my practitioner?

These are the steps to follow to upload and share your health files with your practitioner


  1. Login to your HealthBank client portal.

  2. Click FILES in your menu bar up the top.

  3. Click ADD NEW FILE.
  4. Click to upload a file or drag and drop a file from your files

  5. Click UPLOAD

  6. Click on the file you wish to share and click the SHARE icon

  7. Select the practitioner/s you wish to share the file with and click SHARE.

  8. Your practitioner will be notified that you have shared the file.
