# How do I upload and share my health files with my clients?

## These are the steps to follow to upload and share your health files with your practitioner

1. **Login** to your HealthBank client portal.
2. Click **FILES** in your menu bar up the top.

3. Click **ADD NEW FILE**.
4. Click to upload a file or drag and drop a file from your files

5. Click **UPLOAD**

6. Click on the file you wish to share and click the **SHARE** icon

7. Select the practitioner/s you wish to share the file with and click **SHARE**.

8. Your practitioner will be notified that you have shared the file.
