To create a practitioner account follow the following steps;
When on the Healthbank website click on the "i'm a Practitioner" button.
You will then be redirected to the practitioner signup page. You will be asked to create your HealthBank account password, we use a strong passwords algorithm
Please fill in your preferred password and click the "Sign Up" button.
You will then receive a 2FA confirmation email in which you just need to confirm your email address.
You will now have to confirm your email address. once you received the email send by "hello@healthbank.io" please click the "confirm my email address" button.
