How do I end my online appointment?

If you are in full video display, you can click on the red cross button on the bottom right.

A warning notification “Are you sure?” will pop up. Click the OK button. This will NOT end the appointment, but it will end the video. You will still be able to write or edit patient notes and rejoin the virtual appointment by clicking on Start Video Call button in top right corner of patient profile if you need to.

If you are in minimised video display, you can end the video call by clicking on End Video Call button in top right corner of patient profile.

To END the appointment, click on the End Consultation button in top right corner of patient profile.

A prompt will pop up asking you “Are you sure?”. If you are sure, click End this consultation button.
