How do I edit my practitioner profile?

To update your profile and personal details, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your practitioner account on healthbank.io.
2. Enter your email address and password, then click Login.
3. After logging in, you will be taken to your dashboard. From the sidebar, click the Settings tab.
4. Under Settings, you can update different parts of your profile:

• Account – Change/update your profile information, personal information and qualifications, and preview your public listing page.
• Services – Set your available appointment times, time zone, appointment types, calendar preferences and test your video settings.
• Business & Billing – Add or edit your business details, bank account information and create promotions.
• Security – Change/update your email address and/or password
