How do I confirm/pay for my product order?

The steps below outline how to confirm your purchase order from your practitioner.

  1. Login to your account
  2. On your Dashboard, any outstanding purchase orders will appear under Products.
  3. Click on the product order you wish to purchase.

  4. A summary of the product order will appear. Click Purchase.

  5. Make sure the mandatory fields are filled out - Payment method and Shipping address.
  6. If you have previously added these details, the fields will be selected in green.
  7. Select theses fields and click Purchase.

  8. If you need to add your Payment method, click the + symbol.

  9. Add your preferred card details and click Confirm.

  10. If you need to add your Shipping address, click Add and address +.

  11. Add your delivery address and click Save.

  12. Once you enter all the mandatory fields and click Purchase, your order is complete. The distributor will receive your order and deliver it to your nominated delivery address.
