How do I confirm an appointment request?
This article explains how to confirm an appointment request from your practitioner.
If a practitioner sends you an appointment request, you will need to confirm the appointment to lock it in. You can confirm your appointment in two ways:
- Through your online portal on desktop
- Through the mobile app
CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT THROUGH ONLINE PORTAL - DESKTOP
- Log in to your online portal - https://www.healthbank.io/users/sign_in
- Click the APPOINTMENTS tab in the navigation bar on the left.

- Click on the appointment that says APPOINTMENT REQUESTED.

- Click CONFIRM.

- Your appointment is now confirmed.
CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT THROUGH MOBILE APP
- Log in to your mobile app.

- Click the NAVIGATION button in the top right corner.

- Click on the MY APPOINTMENTS tab.

- Click on the appointment that has the yellow REQUESTED tag.

- Click NEXT button.

- Scroll to the bottom and click BOOK APPOINTMENT.

- You appointment is confirmed.
