How do I change/update my password?
This article takes you through the steps to change your password.
To change/update your password on HealthBank, follow these steps:
- Click SETTINGS
- Click ACCOUNT

- Enter your new password in the NEW PASSWORD field
- Enter the new password again in the NEW PASSWORD CONFIRMATION field
- Enter your old password in the CURRENT PASSWORD field
- Click SAVE

- A banner notification will pop up telling you that your changes have been saved. If you choose a weak password, you will be prompted to create a stronger password.
