How do I change/update my password?

This article takes you through the steps to change your password.

To change/update your password on HealthBank, follow these steps:

  1. Click SETTINGS
  2. Click ACCOUNT

  3. Enter your new password in the NEW PASSWORD field
  4. Enter the new password again in the NEW PASSWORD CONFIRMATION field
  5. Enter your old password in the CURRENT PASSWORD field
  6. Click SAVE

  7. A banner notification will pop up telling you that your changes have been saved. If you choose a weak password, you will be prompted to create a stronger password.
