How do I change/update my email address?

This article takes you through the steps to change your email address.

To change/update your email address on HealthBank, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your PROFILE icon in the top left

  2. Click My Profile

  3. Click Security

  4. Click on your current email address

  5. Update your email address and enter your current password and click Save

  6. You will then receive a confirmation email to your new email address. Click on the CONFIRM EMAIL CHANGE button in the email.
