# How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

## Canceling appointments

You can cancel you appointments through the web app or the mobile app.

### Web app / Desktop

1. From your **Dashboard**, click on the appointment you wish to cancel

2. Expand the appointment information by clicking on the **expand icon

3. In the appointment summary, click Cancel

### Mobile app

1. Log in to your mobile app
2. Scroll down to the **Calendar**
3. Click on the date of the calendar that your appointment falls on - this will bring up the appointment summary.

4. Click **Cancel** or **Reschedule

5. If you want to reschedule your appointment**,** select the **date** and **time**, andclick **Confirm

**OR**

1. Click on the "**List**" view icon
2. Click on the **appointment name

3. Click **Cancel** or **Reschedule

4. If you want to reschedule your appointment**,** select the **date** and **time**, andclick **Confirm

### **Contact your practitioner**

For privacy reasons, we can't share a practitioner's personal contact details without their consent. To find your practitioner:

- On the web app, use the practitioner widget on your dashboard, or click your appointment and go to their profile.
- Feel free to contact us at support@healthbank.io and we'll make sure your query makes it to your practitioner.
