# How do I assign an attendance mode (face-to-face, telehealth, phone) to a specific day of the week?
## How to assign an attendance mode to a specific day of the week
To assign a specific attendance mode to a particular day of the week in your availability, follow these steps:
1\. Navigate to \*\*Settings \> Availability\*\*.
2\. Click the \*\*New Availability\*\* button. A \*\*New Weekly Availability\*\* side panel will appear.
3\. From the dropdown menu, select the \*\*day of the week\*\* you wish to configure.
4\. Set the \*\*Start Time\*\* and \*\*End Time\*\* for that day.
5\. Choose the \*\*Attendance Mode\*\* (e.g. Online, Phone, Clinic) you would like to apply to that time period.
6\. Click \*\*Create\*\* to save your availability.
You can review and update your availability at any time under the \*\*Availability\*\* tab. To edit an existing time slot, click directly on the appointment block or use the three blue dots menu.
