How do I add my credit card details for payment?
Adding your credit card details to pay for your appointments and product order
Below are the steps to securely add your credit card details using either the web portal or the mobile app.
**Web portal**
1. Log in to your HealthBank account at: https://www.healthbank.io/users/sign_in
2. Click **Settings**.
3. Click **Billing**.
4. Under **Preferred payment method**, enter:
- Name on your credit card
- Card number
- Expiry date
- CVC
5. Click **Save**.
**Mobile app**
1. Log in to the HealthBank mobile app.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top left corner.
3. Under **Payment & Claims**, tap **Payments**.
4. Tap **Add payment method** and enter your preferred card details.
5. Tap **Set up** to save your payment method.
