How do I add a promo code?

If your practitioner has given you a promo/discount code to use towards your appointments, below are the steps to enter your promo code through the web portal or the mobile app:

1. Log in to your portal
2. Click APPOINTMENTS and select the appointment you wish to apply the promo code.
3. In the appointment summary details, click ADD PROMOTION. NOTE: this will only show up to 24 hours prior to the appointment.

4. Enter the promo code
5. Click APPLY PROMOTION

1. Log in to the mobile app
2. Navigate to appointments on the dashboard and click APPOINTMENTS
3. Select the appointment you wish to apply the promo code.
4. Click ADD PROMOTION CODE

5. Enter the promo code
6. Click CONTINUE
