How do I accept a request to connect from my practitioner?

If a practitioner sends you a request to connect, you will receive an email titled "Invitation from to connect on HealthBank". If you cannot find it in your inbox, try checking your Spam folder as it may have found its way there.

  1. Click on "Connect with "
  2. You will be directed to a page to create a password.
  3. Click Login.
  4. You are now connected with your practitioner and can book appointments with them.
