To create a practitioner account follow the following steps;

When on the Healthbank website click on the "i'm a Practitioner" button.

You will then be redirected to the practitioner signup page. You will be asked to create your Healthbank account password, we use a strong passwords algorithm

Please fill in your preferred password, check the "i'm not a robot" reCAPTCHA box and click the "Join Healthbank" button.

You will now have to confirm your email address. once you received the email send by "[email protected]" please click the "confirm my email address" button.
