There are two different ways you can join your online appointment:

The first way to join your online appointment is done by clicking on the patient name/appointment in the calendar. 

once you clicked on the patient name/appointment in the calendar a side menu will appear on the right side of your screen.

Click on the "Open Appointment" button in the bottem right corner of the Appointment box.

Once you have clicked on the "Open Appointment" button the appointment information will appear. 

Click on the "Start" button in the top right corner of patient profile and the online appointment will start .

You will then be connected automatically to your appointment. If the video says "Waiting for the other party to join", it means the patient is yet to join the appointment.

Once the patient has joined the appointment, they will appear in the video display.

Don't forget, you can collapse the video so you can write your medical notes during the appointment. The patient video will still be displayed, which you can move around your screen to suit you.

When you have finished your appointment and have closed the video and finished writing your medical notes, click on the "End Appointment" button.

The second way to join an online appointment is as follows:

Click on the "Start"button in the top right corner of patient profile.

You will then be connected automatically to your appointment. If the video says "Waiting for the other party to join", it means the patient is yet to join the appointment.

Once the patient has joined the appointment, they will appear in the video display.

Don't forget, you can collapse the video so you can write your medical notes during the appointment. The patient video will still be displayed, which you can move around your screen to suit you.
