If you are in full video display, you can click on the "red cross" button on the bottom right.

A warning notification “Are you sure?” will pop up. Click the "OK" button. This will NOT end the appointment, but it will end the video call! You will still be able to write or edit patient notes (1) and rejoin the virtual appointment (2) by clicking on "Start Video Call" button in top right corner of patient profile if you need to.

If you are in minimised video display, you can end the video call by clicking on "End Video Call" button in top right corner of patient profile.

To Actually END the appointment, click on the "End Consultation" button in the top right corner of the patient profile.

A window will pop up asking you “Are you sure?”. If you are sure, click the "End this consultation" button.

The appointment has now been ended.
