When an appointment is paid, HealthBank emails your client a receipt with the invoice attached. You don’t need to send one yourself. HealthBank sends receipts automatically, so there's nothing for you to do. ### What your client receives - **Appointments:** a receipt email when payment is taken, with the invoice attached as a PDF. - **Product orders:** a receipt email with the invoice attached as a PDF. - **Refunds:** an email confirming the amount refunded. ### Health fund claims If you offer online claiming, your client's claim is made when they pay, so they don't need to claim it themselves.
