Editing your practitioner profile

To edit your profile and personal details please follow these steps:

Login to your practitioner account on Healthbank.io by clicking on the "Sign in" button.

Fill in your email address (1) and your password (2) and click on the "Login" button.

When you are logged in, you will automatically be directed to your home page (dashboard). Now click on the "settings" tab on the sidebar.

After clicking on the "settings" tab you will have several options to edit different parts of your profile (see image below).

Account - Change your email address and/or password.

Availability - setting times and time zones for your appointments and set booking preferences.

Bank account - adding/editing your bank details for receiving payments.

Business - for editing, Business name, Business phone number, ABN, GST, Clinic address (if applicable).

Calendars - Prevent double bookings, and always know your schedule. Healthbank Calendar can be synced to your existing calendar.

Appointments - Customise the consultation types that you offer, and set your prices.

Listing - adding/editing a profile picture and publishing your profile.

Profile - edit your time zone, contact details and biography.

Promotions - set site wide promotions to help you gain more bookings and build your practice.

Qualifications - profession, tertiary qualifications, professional associations, membership details

Subscription - Select your subscription plan

Video Calls - check/set your video call settings.
