How do I create a promo code for my clients?

This article outlines how to create promotional codes for your clients

Below are the steps to create a new promo code for your clients:

  1. Click SETTINGS

  2. Click PROMOTIONS

  3. Click + NEW PROMOTION

  4. Name your promotion (internal use)

  5. Give a description of the promo (optional)

  6. Create your own CODE or generate a random one

  7. Select a start date

  8. Select an expiry date (or leave blank for ongoing use)

  9. Select the USAGE LIMIT for the code (or leave blank for unlimited use)

  10. Choose the DISCOUNT TYPE - flat rate or percentage

  11. Enter the AMOUNT you wish to discount

  12. Click CREATE PROMOTION

You will then be prompted to enter some PROMOTION RULES (optional):

  1. Add a rule type:

    1. One use per user

    2. Multiple uses per user

  2. If you choose multiple uses, enter the number of uses allowed per client

  3. Click UPDATE RULES

You can view the usage information at any time under the heading USAGE INFORMATION.
